At Gamecock Traditions, we want you to love your order. Providing great service, selection, and value to our customers is always our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return part or all of your order within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund to your original form of payment.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included
  • A copy of your receipt or packing slip is required

Once your return is received and processed, refunds are typically issued within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.

Important Return Information:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges will only be credited in cases of manufacturer defect or damage during shipment
  • Merchandise returned C.O.D. will not be accepted


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Special orders or customized items
  • Products with customized embroidery or engraving
  • Gift cards
  • Opened DVDs, CDs, or media

Returning an item is simple!

Please mail your return, along with a copy of your packing slip, to:

Once we receive your return, we’ll take it from there.

We recommend insuring your return package for full value, as Gamecock Traditions is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping and may be unable to process returns that arrive damaged.

If you received an item as a gift, we are happy to provide store credit in the form of a gift card for the value of the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or appears defective out of the box, please save the original shipping carton and contact our customer service team right away so we can help make it right.
